COACHING IN THE SYSTEM OF DEVELOPMENT THE COMPETENCES OF HR-MANAGER
Abstract

Also they facilitate development of professional competences, etc. The authors concluded that coaching helps manager to develop his talent. Coaching also mobilizes internal potential, reveals necessary opportunities and skills, promotes the development of innovative technologies on the enterprise.
