СУТНІСТЬ ТА ЕКОНОМІЧНА ПРИРОДА СТАНДАРТІВ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ТОРГІВЛІВ СУЧАСНИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯХ
Анотація
У статті зроблено аналіз дослідження стандартів міжнародної торгівлі у працях вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених і практиків, які проводилися з часу утворення ГААТ/СОТ. Дослідження стандартів можна поділити на дві концептуально різні групи: ті, які вважають, що стандарти сприяють розвитку міжнародної торгівлі і ті, які оцінюють стандарти як перешкоду для її розвитку. Значна увага приділена методології вивченню стандартів, національним особливостям їх використання та гармонізації у глобальному середовищі.
The article analysis of the standards of international trade in works of domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners conducted since the formation GAAT / WTO. Research standards can be conceptually divided into two different groups: those who believe that standards promote international trade and those who evaluate standards as an obstacle to its development. Much attention is paid to the study methodology standards, national features of their use and harmonization of the global environment.
