The article considers the nature, principles, requirements and implementation phases of information systems HR-management to domestic enterprises. The aim of the article is to develop a model of a comprehensive assessment of the HR-effectiveness. The theoretical comprehension of some question required the use of scientific methods: the analysis and synthesis.The current model of comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of HR-management system in enterprises is analyzed; their strengths and weaknesses are identified. Authorial model for evaluating the effectiveness of HR-management system has been proposed in our article.
It has a number of advantages, in particular, it is characterized by simplicity and understanding; it based on the data of approved forms of financial and accounting statements.
