World experience shows that countries with economies in transition are not able to develop the economy without the involvement and the effective use of investment. Most investment funds that come to the company, are aimed primarily at upgrading production, diversification of production, capital construction. The investor expects to receive the maximum benefit from invested capital, which is only possible while ensuring productive employment in the company.In our view, the main difference kind of productive employment from other species is its focus on achieving the maximum economic and social effects. That it is a characteristic level of employment, appropriateness and reasonableness of its parameters and the effectiveness of its internal structure. This time materialized in economic efficiency, ensuring its intensive development, contributing thereby achieving the maximum level of business activity and employment and, as a result, the dynamic process of economic growth of the state, regional business organizations.
To achieve productive employment for many domestic enterprises need to improve, especially personnel management. There is now a wide range of software that enables in employment choose candidates that best meet the needs of the enterprise.
Productive employment requires introducing the company a clear, comprehensible and transparent system of incentives for workers.
Another factor that is able to increase motivation and thus productivity is to give the employee some social guarantees from the company.
Another area of service management staff in the company which is very important for productive employment is the corporate culture.
