Anti-Plagiarism Policy
ANTI-PLAGIARISM POLICY
The Editorial Board of the scientific journal Regional Aspects of Productive Forces Development of Ukraine adheres to the principles of academic integrity and does not tolerate plagiarism in any form.
Plagiarism is defined as the appropriation of authorship or the use of ideas, texts, or research results without proper acknowledgment of the original source.
Screening of Submitted Materials
All submitted manuscripts are screened for textual overlap and similarity using specialized plagiarism detection software (including StrikePlagiarism or equivalent systems).
Assessment of Originality
The evaluation of manuscript originality takes into account:

the overall level of originality of the text;

the correctness of citations and references;

the nature and extent of borrowed material.
The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is made by the Editorial Board based on the results of the plagiarism screening and the recommendations of the reviewers.
Violations of Academic Integrity
If evidence of plagiarism is identified, the Editorial Board may:

reject the manuscript;

return the manuscript to the author(s) for revision;

retract a published article if misconduct is discovered after publication;

notify the author’s affiliated institution in cases of serious violations.
Self-Plagiarism
Self-plagiarism is not permitted.
Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not duplicate previously published works by the author(s).
The use of results from the author’s previous research is permitted provided that appropriate citation and referencing are included.
Additional Provisions
When assessing the originality of a manuscript, the Editorial Board may take into account the specific characteristics of the research, including the use of legal and regulatory documents or other sources that necessarily require citation.
