Publication Fee

The editorial fee for the preparation and publication of an article is UAH 1,000 for a manuscript of up to 12 pages. If the manuscript exceeds this length, an additional fee of UAH 60 is charged for each additional page. The reference list is included in the total article length.

The editorial fee covers expenses related to:

• literary and technical editing;

• proofreading;

• layout and typesetting;

• preparation for publication;

• distribution of the journal in accordance with the mandatory mailing list and to authors.

Payment is made only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication following the peer-review process and does not influence the Editorial Board’s decision regarding publication.

Authors who are third-cycle higher education students (PhD candidates) enrolled in state-funded study programs are exempt from the editorial fee when submitting single-authored articles.

Articles submitted in English and meeting the required scientific standards may be published free of charge at the discretion of the Editorial Board.

Authors are provided with open access to published materials through the official website of the journal.
