Licensing and Copyright
The scientific journal Regional Aspects of Productive Forces Development of Ukraine adheres to an open access policy.
All journal materials are freely available to users without restrictions on reading, downloading, or distribution, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the authors and the original source of publication.
The journal applies the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
This license permits users to:

freely share and distribute the published materials;

use the materials for non-commercial purposes;

create derivative works, provided that proper attribution to the original source is maintained.
Copyright
Authors retain copyright to their works and grant the journal the right of first publication.
Authors agree that:

their works may be freely distributed provided that authorship is properly acknowledged;
-
published materials may be deposited or reproduced on other platforms with an appropriate reference to the journal;
-
submitted manuscripts are original and do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Authorship
The journal’s editorial policy on authorship is based on the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME).
Co-authors are individuals who have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the research, including:

participation in the development of the research concept or design;

analysis and interpretation of data;
-
drafting or critically revising the manuscript;
-
approval of the final version of the article;
-
willingness to take responsibility for the content of the work.
Individuals who do not meet these criteria may be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section.
Changes in Authorship
Any changes to the list of authors after manuscript submission are permitted only with the consent of all co-authors and must be supported by written confirmation.
Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, no changes to the authorship list are allowed.
Authors’ Responsibilities
Authors are required to:

submit original manuscripts;
-
refrain from submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to other journals;
-
provide accurate and complete references to all sources used;
-
comply with the principles of academic integrity;
-
avoid fabrication or falsification of data;
-
obtain permission for the use of copyrighted materials where necessary.
Each issue of the journal may contain no more than one article by the same author, including articles where the individual is listed as a co-author.
