In the article the role of сompetence approach is in vestigational the management of organization a personnel. The most widespread methods of development of competenses of employee and rule of forming of model of competenses are certain. Setting of raditional and modernapproaches is exposed to forming of model ofcompetenses. Basic principles of application of сompetence approach are found out in a management a personnel.
