NON-MONETARY PROMOTION FORMS AND THEIR IMPACT ON EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION

In the article is investigated maintenance of concept "unmoney reward" workers, the forms of unmoney reward of workers that has a lot of influence on motivation to their effective labour are considered. The basic forms of unmoney encouragements of workers are: social privileges and guarantees that is given voluntarily by an employer; social encouragement; professional studies and development; valuable gifts; tourist trips; symbolic gifts (rewards are like the sign of confession of merits); additional weekends is earned; flexible schedule of work. That forms of rewards can examine like another method of increasing of efficiency of the work executed by workers that does not influence on cash disbursements. For the increasing of efficiency of labour the modern system of rewards, in our view, should clearly determine necessarity of labour behavior, envisage the criteria of increasing of effective such forms of encouragement, that will be perceived by workers as valuable and important for them. Application of unmoney forms of reward will promote decision of set tasks, became it will stimulate workers to the increase the efficiency of their labour and provide confession of their merits guidance. Unmoney forms of encouragement are the important method of personnel management, became they help to fight with de motivation of workers and give competitive edges to modern organizations and firms. In the workers grant process more of unmoney encouragements an employer aims to attract and fast the best, skilled employees, form the positive brand, promote efficiency of the activity due to strengthening of motivation of workers, fix their loyalty to organization, to bring down fluidity, to decrease unforeseeable financial charges.References
