Abstract

The motivational mechanism competences development among the staff of higher educational institutions is studied in this work, connection between interpersonal relations with inner labour motives in the collective. Motivation as a way of achieving group objectives and the basis of collective development. Structure of motives, which is typical for young teachers and researchers in the period of adaptation, i.e. the initial period of employment. Ways of increasing external positive motivation and internal motivation. Causes of staff demotivation in the university: lack of confidence in the ability to achieve set results, doubts concerning reward, and finally, a low attractiveness score of the expected reward. The proposed approach to the definition of motivational scientific and pedagogical activity vectors and motivational impact on the scientific and pedagogical staff, based on the integration of hierarchical analysis and multi-rank approach to the identification of personnel motivation.
