MODERN APPROACHES TO TEAM MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE REALIZATION OF THE PROJECT

A transformation of the workflow at economic entities in the current circumstances of the information economy is characterized. Advantages and disadvantages of forming the project team are analyzed. The specificity of work teams functioning under project orientation is unveiled. The main stages of the team formation are considered as well as and their features. Problems of building a team are defined. The basic methodological approaches to the management of the project team are outlined. Factors of a teamwork effectiveness and the main causes of conflict are considered. The role of the leader in various stages of team operation and in conflict solving is defined. Modern methods of organizing and self-organizing in the context of influencing project team’s efficiency are analyzed. The measures of combining methods, techniques and tools for improving the organization of work for the project approach in domestic economic subjects are suggested.References
