STABILITY OF PERSONNEL OF THE ENTERPRISE AS THE RESULT OF EFFICIENCY THE PROVITION OF ITS DEVELOPMENT

Today, due to the rapid development of technical progress and market economy, the staff plays a crucial role in the effective development of industry. Ways to achieve and mechanism to ensure staff development - an important aspect for building a stable and effective relations employee and employer.In the article the mechanism to ensure staff development enterprises in general, and provide staff development enterprises of lighting industry in particular Ukraine, and identified factors affecting the formation and improve the stability of personnel. The analysis of the economic performance of enterprises of lighting industry that directly reflect the interdependence of staff development and enterprise development.
The article is a thorough description of the main areas of provision of personnel, namely sustainable development staff as a result of the effective functioning of enterprises
