MODERN TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF LABOR MARKET AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE LIFE OF THE POPULATION

The consideration of the personal factor in social production, which leads to consider in the current conditions not only labor as a commodity or resource, but above all as individuals, with their inherent physical, mental and spiritual qualities and traits, is investigated in the article. In this approach, a person is a core value of society and accumulated human capital, realizing its creative and business potential, becomes an engine of social progress. Here at the forefront comes out the concept of «quality of labor force», which in the conditions of competition in the labor market gaining new characteristics and features. Among the last ones in terms of the current economic situation the most important are the ability to self-employment of potential in the labor market as well as the continuous improvement of the labor force in order to improve its job performance in a competitive market.Competition is a traditional form of competition in the market conditions, reflected in dealing with producers on markets. It is also regarded as an objective law of commodity production in a market economy as a necessary market mechanism or as activities aimed at obtaining the maximum possible profit. The existing theoretical approaches for determining the quality characteristics of the labor force in the labor market in today's economy and improve people's lives are analyzed.
